Snakehead fish extract has been recognized for its potential in healing postoperative wounds and burns. The contains albumin, which aids tissue formation processes. To create a high-quality wound drug, the needs to be formulated into concentrated form combined with solvent that can effectively dissolve active substances. Understanding solubility profile of composition is crucial this purpose. This study aims determine aqueous phase concentrate snakehead an organic co-solvent. Solubility important parameter as it impact release rate therapeutic effectiveness drug. A test was conducted assess various solvents. results indicated exhibited good aquadest (20%), slight propylene glycol (8.5%) honey (2%), insoluble ethanol, glycerin, mannitol, sorbitol (0%). These findings provide valuable information formulating drug appropriate composition, ensuring optimal efficacy according pharmacopeial standards.
